At the meeting held at Squirrel Wood, 17/05/11, it was discussed that each member pay £1 subs for every meeting they come to from now on. This money will be put straight into the groups account and be used for things such as pre-paying certain camps and buying food and drink for certain meetings.

A program to cover the next month was also put together and is as follows;

Tues 31st May - Canoeing @ Barnby Dun - Cost: £1.50 for the activity + £1 subs (total cost £2.50)

Fri 3rd - Sun 5th June - The Festival (Network Camp) @ Rough Close Campsite, Berkswell, Coventry - Cost: £35 (which is paid on the camps web site online booking form) - http://www.acoolfestival.co.uk/

Tues 14th June - Meeting @ Scout shop, Bently to discuss award work - Cost: £1 subs

Sat 18th June - 1 night social camp @ Squirrel Wood - Cost: tbc

Sun 19th June - Maintenance work @ Barnby Dun pond + BBQ (more details tbc) - Cost: £0

Tues 28th June - Basketball @ The Dome - Cost: tbc

It was also suggested that a joint Network and Explorer activity should be held... Perhaps the Saturday 9th or 16th July? What does everyone think?

We also talked about designing our own neckers and getting some new hoodies and/or t-shirts. If anyone has any ideas for this, please let my self or Jonny know.
